Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your project start date. Once your booking is scheduled, you will be emailed details on how to pay your deposit. The remaining balance is due before final files, strategy documents, and/or edited content are delivered. Astrology Readings are paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your session.
Project Timelines
Project timelines begin once the deposit is paid and all required onboarding materials have been submitted by the client.
Astrology Reading Delivery
Astrology Readings are conducted live via private video call. A recording of your session will be delivered to your private channel within 3 business days of the reading.
Client Materials & Onboarding
Clients are responsible for submitting all requested materials, dates, footage, branding assets, and requested information within 3 business days of onboarding. Delays in submission may result in adjusted delivery timelines. For Astrology Readings, accurate birth data — date, exact time, and place of birth — must be submitted at the time of booking. Readings cannot be cast or delivered without it.
Revisions
The Celestial Foundation includes up to 1 round of revisions. The Orbit Starter, The Cosmic Intensive, and The Supernova Rebirth each include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed at an additional fee. Astrology Readings are intuitive, one-of-a-kind sessions and do not include revisions; follow-up clarifying questions may be answered by email within 7 days of your session.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, research, and strategy involved in digital service work, all payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, any completed work will be delivered based on the amount paid. Astrology Reading payments are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled, as the chart is prepared in advance of your appointment.
Filming & Session Rescheduling
Filming sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Non-emergency rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee. Astrology Reading sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost. Late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session payment.
Travel Fees
For filming services outside of Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, a travel fee will apply. The exact fee will be discussed and agreed upon before your production day is confirmed.
Business Hours
Business hours for client communication are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST. Messages received outside of business hours will be answered on the next business day.
