Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your project start date. Once your booking is scheduled, you will be emailed details on how to pay your deposit. The remaining balance is due before final files, strategy documents, and/or edited content are delivered.
Project Timelines
Project timelines begin once the deposit is paid and all required onboarding materials have been submitted by the client.
Client Materials & Onboarding
Clients are responsible for submitting all requested materials, dates, footage, branding assets, and requested information within 3 business days of onboarding. Delays in submission may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
Revisions
The Celestial Foundation includes up to 1 round of revisions. The Orbit Starter, The Cosmic Intensive, and The Supernova Rebirth each include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed at an additional fee.
Refund Policy
Due to the time, research, and strategy involved in digital service work, all payments and deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, any completed work will be delivered based on the amount paid.
Filming Rescheduling
Filming sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Non-emergency rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
Travel Fees
For filming services outside of Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, a travel fee will apply. The exact fee will be discussed and agreed upon before your production day is confirmed.
Business Hours
Business hours for client communication are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST. Messages received outside of business hours will be answered on the next business day.
